Guided Inner Focus Tools
G.I.F.T Sessions are great for groups of people working through similar issues or for individuals who aren't sure if they want to jump straight into one on one change work. In these groups you learn a bit about my approach to the issue at hand but the work is all on you. In a group in can be hard to give everyone the attention they deserve but with exercises and plenty of practical application you learn a take home change work approach that you can KNOW & UNDERSTAND.
