My Approach

What is Rapid Change Work?

There are many people who believe that...

  • Lasting personal change takes a long time

  • Reliving past trauma will somehow make your future better

  • Understanding WHY you have a problem will somehow make it go away.

However change doesn't have to be done this way.

Much of our behavioral repertoire is patterned in at the unconscious level, we automatically do whatever behavior our mind dials up for us in the moment, and those behaviors are triggered by mind made evaluations.

This is why, if we want to shift them, we must shift their structuring within the mind.

Over the last 15 years I have been a collector and student of  a number of psychological methodologies that help people create change quickly, without the need for ‘Week-in-Week-out’ therapy.

This is about cherry-picking and using ONLY the things I found that REALLY WORKED from a variety of different approaches, which include (but are not limited to) Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).

Is It a Quick Fix?

Imagine walking in the desert and suddenly you see a snake in front of you...

Immediately, your heart begins to pound, your palms get sweaty, the mouth gets dry, and you have catastrophic thinking about being bitten.

Now imagine that you stop and take a closer look….and when you do, you realize that there is NO SNAKE….it’s JUST A ROPE.

The moment you see that the snake is a rope it’s game over, you have seen through a psychological illusion and all those “real” physiological responses disappear… NOT through positive thinking… or from implementing complex strategies… but from simply seeing through the psychological illusion.

I work from the stance that what people call mental illness such as depression, anxiety, phobias, compulsions, PTSD and trauma etc are mostly just variations of seeing a snake where there really is just a rope.

So the change-work we do here is a way of helping people penetrate the illusions that are behind their unnecessary suffering.

AND a significant number of people WHEN they apply themselves to working collaboratively in this way DO experience incredibly RAPID results in just 1 or 2 sessions.
