However change doesn't have to be done this way.
Much of our behavioral repertoire is patterned in at the unconscious level, we automatically do whatever behavior our mind dials up for us in the moment, and those behaviors are triggered by mind made evaluations.
This is why, if we want to shift them, we must shift their structuring within the mind.

What is Rapid Change Work?
Over the last 15 years I have been a collector and student of a number of psychological methodologies that help people create change quickly, without the need for ‘Week-in-Week-out’ therapy.
This is about cherry-picking and using ONLY the things I found that REALLY WORKED from a variety of different approaches, which include (but are not limited to) Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
Is It a Quick Fix?
Someone once turned up to a session and said, “Go on then… wave your magic wand and FIX me”.
Well I can’t do that! That implies that YOU have no part to play either.
BUT I can work WITH you and show you the “magic wand” you didn’t know you already had, and the “spells” to practice so that you can help yourself!
AND a significant number of people WHEN they apply themselves to working collaboratively in this way DO experience incredibly RAPID results in just 1 or 2 sessions.
